Where we serve

NYC Chinese communities and the wider New York area

🗽

Our office is in Middletown, New York, and we primarily serve New York City's Chinese communities. For clients who cannot travel, the initial assessment and most subsequent communication can be handled remotely. Where documents need signing or a meeting is required, we arrange it separately.

How we can talk

Whichever suits you

💬

WeChat video

Use the app you already have — no extra software, and you can send documents and screenshots as you go.

🖥

Zoom

Best when we need to look at a contract together; screen sharing lets us go through it clause by clause.

📞

Phone

If video isn't convenient, just call 845-299-9888 and describe the situation.

Remote assessment, same standard

The initial assessment answers a fixed set of questions: is the evidence sufficient, is the deadline open, can the other side pay, and what paths exist. Those can be worked through just as well by phone or video. Steps that genuinely need to happen in person — signing documents, checking originals — are arranged separately rather than skipped.

Legal Dispute Help is a legal-matter consultation and referral service. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent clients. Its founder, John Tao, practised law in China and is not licensed to practise law in the United States. Where formal legal advice or representation is needed, we connect you with a partner US law firm, and a licensed attorney there provides those services.查看完整法律免责声明
